Acceptable Use Policy
Keeping Krabiclaw safe
Last updated: October 24, 2026
Krabiclaw is operated by Aurelox LLC, a Utah limited liability company, doing business as Krabiclaw ("Krabiclaw," "we," "us," or "our").
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") describes what you may not do with Krabiclaw's websites, merchant dashboards, storefronts, booking and reservation tools, messaging, mobile apps, integrations, MCP services, and other Services. It is part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.
This Policy applies to merchants, Authorized Users, team members, and anyone else who uses the Services, including anyone who sends or receives messages through them.
1. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
Krabiclaw has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
You may not use the Services to create, send, upload, publish, or store content that:
- harasses, bullies, threatens, intimidates, or stalks any person;
- defames any person or business;
- promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or any other protected characteristic;
- is sexually explicit or pornographic;
- shares intimate images of any person without their consent, including images created or altered with artificial intelligence;
- sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors;
- promotes or facilitates human trafficking, self-harm, terrorism, or violent extremism;
- reveals another person's private information without their permission, such as an address, access code, or identity document, except as needed to provide a booking or service they requested; or
- impersonates any person, business, or Krabiclaw.
This applies to every surface of the Services, including guest and customer messages, team messages, photos, reviews, website content, listings, and content generated with Krabiclaw's tools or connected AI assistants.
2. Prohibited activities
You may not use the Services to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation, or encourage others to do so;
- infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
- offer goods or services that are illegal where they are offered or delivered;
- commit or facilitate fraud, deceptive practices, fake reviews, or misleading listings, pricing, or availability;
- send spam or other unlawful unsolicited communications, or communications that do not comply with Section 12.1 of the Terms;
- collect or use Personal Data of guests, customers, or other users except as permitted by our Privacy Policy and applicable law;
- distribute malware, phishing, or other harmful code;
- access or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization, or circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls;
- use automated systems in a manner that materially burdens, disrupts, abuses, or circumvents the Services; or
- resell or provide access to the Services in a way the Terms do not permit.
3. Reporting and blocking
You can report a guest conversation or another team member's message from within the conversation in the Krabiclaw app or dashboard. You can also block a guest; a blocked guest's conversation leaves your inbox, and new messages from that guest no longer alert your team. You can unblock a guest from your dashboard.
To report a concern outside the Services, contact hello@krabiclaw.com.
4. How we respond
We review every report within 24 hours.
When we determine that content or conduct violates this Policy or the Terms, we remove the content and suspend or close the account responsible, as described in Section 3.2 of the Terms. We may also restrict features, preserve information as required by law, and report illegal content to the appropriate authorities.
Where the person responsible does not have a Krabiclaw account, such as a guest who messages you through a third-party booking platform, we may block that person's conversation for your business and refer the matter to the platform concerned.
5. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Policy.
