Connect Facebook to KrabiClaw

Connect a Facebook Page to your business so KrabiClaw can import its posts and publish posts to that Page.

• Your business needs the Growth plan.
• Sign in to KrabiClaw and select the business you want to connect.
• Have access to a Facebook account that manages the Page you want to use.

1. Open Menu → Integrations → Facebook.
2. Select Connect Facebook. If a linked account is already available, choose it in Facebook account, or select Link another Facebook account.
3. Complete the Facebook authorization flow. Check the account, Page access and permissions you are granting before continuing.
4. When you return to KrabiClaw, choose the correct Facebook account if needed.
5. Under Which Page is this business?, select the Page you want to connect.
6. Select Connect this Page.
7. Check that the connection shows your Page's name and a connection date.

Authorizing Facebook alone does not finish the business connection. You must choose a Page and select Connect this Page.

KrabiClaw uses the Page access granted through Facebook to read Page posts for import and publish posts you choose to send to that Page. Review the permission list Facebook presents; the exact list is controlled by KrabiClaw's Facebook Login for Business configuration.

This flow connects a Page, not a personal Facebook profile. Connecting it does not publish a new post.

• To switch Pages, select Change Page, choose the account and Page, then select Connect this Page.
• To abandon a change, select Keep current.
• To disconnect, open More actions → Disconnect.

Disconnecting removes this business's Facebook connection and stops its sync. Posts already in KrabiClaw remain, and your linked Facebook account remains linked.

Check that you selected the Facebook account that manages the Page and that you granted the relevant Page access during authorization. Use Link another Facebook account if you authorized the wrong account.

If KrabiClaw says Facebook did not finish connecting, repeat the connection flow and complete the provider authorization. If it says Facebook requires Growth, check your business's plan before trying again.

If the connection shows Last sync failed, check that the connected account still manages the Page. Keep the displayed error when asking for help; a failed sync does not by itself prove the account was disconnected.
