Update locations and hours
Change an existing branch’s contact details, weekly hours or dated exceptions, then verify the public location page.

Location details belong to individual branches. Before changing an address, phone number or opening time, select the correct business and location. An organization-wide change is not a substitute for updating the intended branch.
1. Read the current details
In the dashboard, open the existing location. Check its name, address, contact details, timezone, regular hours and any special hours or closures. With an assistant, ask it to list your locations and read the exact one before making changes.
Use the branch's real local timezone. State dates and times explicitly, especially for overnight opening or businesses in several timezones.
2. Choose regular hours or an exception
Use regular hours for the normal weekly pattern. Use dated special hours for a one-off opening schedule, and a closure for a day or a range when the branch is shut. Dated hours replace the regular hours for that date; a closure takes precedence. A closure's end date is included, and an open-ended closure continues until changed.
Unknown hours are different from closed hours. Do not clear an unknown schedule by declaring the business closed. Preserve existing exceptions when adding a new one. For overnight opening, say which day the business opens and which day it closes.
Try with your connected assistant
Replace the example business, page and details with your own.
Set a one-day exception
For Harbor Studio’s Downtown location, read the current timezone, weekly hours and dated exceptions. Set special hours for 12 October 2026 to 10:00–16:00 in the location’s local time. Keep the weekly schedule and all other exceptions unchanged. Read back the saved exception.
3. Save and check the customer view
Save the intended fields, then open the public location page. Check the address, contact links and hours. For future special hours, read back the exact date and time as well; today's opening label is not proof that a future exception is correct.
If the result looks wrong, check the location, timezone, overnight closing day and overlapping closure records before editing again. Keep a copy of the previous values so you can restore an accidental change without discarding a teammate's newer work.
