Customize your brand and theme
Set your site's accent color, logo, homepage photo, and headline, then check the result customers see.

Start with a clear headline, a recognizable logo, and a photo that represents your business. Brand color, logo, photo and homepage headline can be added during setup or afterward.
Lodging sites use the same brand settings as restaurants, experience operators and law firms. Set your business identity in Website Branding. The homepage hero and each home's listing photos are separate placements: changing your brand does not fill or replace a home's photo tour. Start with Set up a lodging website for home listings, prices and booking setup.
During first-site setup
On the Last look at the front of house step:
- Set Brand color using a preset swatch or the custom color picker, if you want to change it.
- Use Upload logo to add your logo. Replace logo changes an uploaded choice.
- Use Upload photo under Hero photo to choose the main image. Replace photo changes it.
- Enter a Hero headline and, optionally, a Hero description.
- Wait for uploads to finish, check the preview, and continue to review.
These controls are part of creating your first site, before you choose Create my site.
Change an existing site's color
Open the correct business in your dashboard, or use a connected assistant. Tell the assistant which business to change and give either a precise hex color or a description such as “warm terracotta.”
For example: “For [business name], set the site's brand accent color to #8F1D21.”
On the Saya template, the brand color controls primary accents such as buttons, links, and highlights. Changing a color does not replace the page layout or rewrite the content. Check contrast and readability on the public site after saving.
Replace the logo or homepage image
Choose the business and the page or location whose image should change. A site logo and a location hero are different placements, so specify which one you mean.
Upload the image or choose an existing image from that site's media library, then assign it to the intended placement. Uploading a file alone does not make it the logo or hero.
With a connected assistant, first ask it to read the current page and identify its image placement. Then make a specific request, such as: “Use the logo I attached as the site logo for [business name]. Keep the homepage photo unchanged.” For a hero image, name the existing page or location and ask it to replace that specific image.
Use images you have the right to publish. Check cropping on mobile and desktop, and do not present an illustrative or generated scene as a photograph of your actual business.
Keep the headline useful
The headline should quickly explain what visitors can find or do. Use real details rather than unsupported claims. In an existing site, edit the headline on the actual homepage; changing the business description elsewhere is not necessarily the same change.
For an assistant edit, ask it to read the current homepage first, then replace only the named headline with your approved wording.
Check that it worked
Open the public website after the save succeeds. Confirm the logo, correct hero image, headline, and accent color. Check both a phone-sized view and a larger screen.
If the old image is still showing, refresh and check that you changed the correct business, location, page, and placement. A successful upload is not a successful placement change. If an upload failed, resolve the error before relying on the preview.
