Connect your accounts to KrabiClaw

Connect the services your business already uses from Menu → Integrations in the KrabiClaw dashboard. Choose your business before you begin, then open the service you want to connect.

• Facebook: connect a Page you manage so KrabiClaw can import Page posts and publish to that Page. Requires Growth. Connect Facebook.
• Instagram: connect a professional account so KrabiClaw can import its posts and publish to it. Requires Growth. Connect Instagram.
• Google Analytics: choose a GA4 property for your website's Google Analytics connection. Connect your Google account.
• Google Search Console: choose an existing property or verify your KrabiClaw website's address. Connect your Google account.
• Google Maps: match each KrabiClaw location to a Google Maps place and import its details. Google Places imports require Growth. This is a separate location workflow from connecting a Google account.

For Facebook, Instagram, Analytics and Search Console, there are two steps: authorize the provider account, then choose the Page, account or property to use for this business. Finish with the connection button or Save shown in KrabiClaw.

If you have already linked an eligible account, choose it from the account field. Use Link another account for the relevant provider when you need a different one. The account you use for a business integration can differ from the account you use to sign in to KrabiClaw.

Review the provider's permission request before continuing. Facebook and Instagram connections support publishing, so they are not read-only connections. Google Analytics requests read-only Analytics access; Search Console also requests site-management and verification access.

Return to Integrations and check the selected Page, username or property. An active connection shows its name and connection date. Last sync failed and Disabled indicate a connection that needs attention.

Connecting a social account does not publish a new post. Publishing is a separate action.

Open the integration and choose Change Page, Change account or Change property. Select the replacement and save it. Keep current leaves the existing selection in place.

To remove a business connection, open its More actions menu and choose Disconnect. This removes the business's selection; it does not revoke or unlink your provider account. Disconnecting Facebook or Instagram stops its sync and preserves posts already in KrabiClaw.

1. Open Menu → Integrations → Google Maps.
2. Choose the KrabiClaw location. If no locations are listed, add a location first.
3. Search under Find this location on Google Maps.
4. Check the place carefully before selecting it. Selecting a result immediately connects and imports it.
5. Check the location's details and the Connected to Google Maps status.

To import current details again, choose Re-import details from Google Maps. Read the warning before choosing Replace with Google Maps details: re-import replaces the KrabiClaw location's address, phone, website, opening hours and timezone, including values you edited in KrabiClaw.

The import reads Google Maps data into KrabiClaw. It does not edit the external Google listing.
