Connect an AI assistant to KrabiClaw to manage your business website or prepare and publish a new site from the facts you provide. The available actions depend on the tools loaded in your chat, your account's access, and any feature or plan requirements.
Start by asking: “Which businesses can I manage with KrabiClaw?” Name the business and location before requesting a change.
What assistants can edit
Site content and branding
Assistants can update supported site settings, descriptions, brand color, logo and media placements; create and edit pages; and draft, edit, categorize, and publish long-form articles.
Be explicit about the page and what should change. Edits to already-published content may become public immediately. Ask for proposed wording in chat first if you want to review it before saving.
Locations and reservation policies
Assistants can update an existing location's contact details, regular opening hours, special hours or closures, and supported social or delivery links. They can also read and update that location's table-reservation policy.
For example: “Show me our Saturday hours at the town-center location, then change them to 10 AM–9 PM.”
Assistants can add a location with create_location, using the business and facts you supply. Locations are not billed on any plan. Basic includes 1 live home and refuses a second; Growth and Business bill every live home at the end of the period, at the price on Pricing. Draft homes are free and unlimited. Copying or deleting a location remains a dashboard task.
Products, menus, and collections
Assistants can create and update products, descriptions, prices, options, variants, product attributes, and collections. They can control product publication and which locations offer a product.
A product's sale switch, its website publication, and its visibility at a location are separate settings. Say which outcome you want, then check the relevant public page. Assistants can configure booking settings, add dated sessions with create_product_session, and edit sessions with update_product_session. Sessions with committed bookings use the guest booking-change workflow. Payment collection and refunds follow the available dashboard and payment-provider flows.
Lodging homes and nightly calendars
Assistants can read stays with list_stays and get_stay, and read a home's nightly availability, prices and rules with get_stay_calendar. Owners and Admins can change nightly prices, blocked dates and stay restrictions with set_stay_nights. Members see the homes assigned to them.
A configured Airbnb mapping sends those calendar changes through Channex for that home. Check the returned channel result; a saved local change does not establish successful channel synchronization. Channel-owned reservations change on their source channel.
Recording a host-entered stay takes no payment. It applies existing automatic guest-message schedules and updates availability on a connected Airbnb listing through Channex. A failed channel update reports that the stay was saved. Recording external money received moves no money. New customers need Business ($149 per month) and a ready Stripe connected account for guests to book and pay on the website. See Set up a lodging website and Manage nightly availability and Airbnb.
Assistants can save a private arrival guide and manage saved replies and supported message schedules. Saving guide fields does not publish or send them. Read Prepare arrival guides and guest messages before sharing access details.
Team availability and Calendar
Members can ask an assistant to read or update their own hours, timezone, time off and public profile. Owners and Admins can manage the team's scheduling and approve public profiles. Profile edits need approval before appearing publicly.
Once Google is connected in the dashboard, a member can select calendars to check for busy times. Booking events sync to the business's KrabiClaw calendar. Changing an event in Google does not change its booking in KrabiClaw.
Try: “Show my working hours for this business, then set Fridays to 9 AM–1 PM.”
Get started with Calendar and bookings.
Photos and video
Attach supported media in your chat and specify where it belongs. Uploading creates a stored asset. You can request its exact placement during upload, or assign an existing asset to a logo, hero, gallery or other placement afterward.
Video uploads through the current ChatGPT connection require both the video and a poster image. The poster provides its thumbnail. Attachment support can differ between assistant clients; if the required files are unavailable, use the dashboard media library.
Short posts and social publishing
Assistants can draft short posts, show a preview, and publish to the exact destinations you choose: the website, a connected Facebook Page, a connected Instagram professional account, or a connected Discord channel.
Connect social accounts in the dashboard first. Before publishing, ask to see the connected accounts and confirm the destination. Publishing returns an outcome for each channel; success on the website does not prove success on Facebook or Instagram.
If a channel is still processing, let the assistant finish the same publication. If the outcome is unknown, ask it to check the provider result rather than creating a duplicate post. Editing an already-published post changes the website copy, not the copy previously sent to Meta.
There is no native scheduled-post queue in the KrabiClaw connection.
Manually authored languages
Assistants can read and edit supported localized resources and page variants. Each language is authored and checked explicitly; changing the source does not automatically translate every variant. Locale billing remains a dashboard task.
What assistants can read and help you understand
- Reviews and Q&A: read reviews and draft replies in chat. Assistants can create, edit and arrange your authored website Q&A. Imported Google Q&A remains managed in Google.
- Guest conversations: read contacts, table reservations, bookings and stays with
list_guest_conversationsandget_guest_conversation. A direct stay needs a guest name and an email address or phone number to create its conversation. Send an explicitly requested reply withreply_to_guest, then check the conversation and delivery receipt. Direct conversations use email where available; a guest without email must accept an invitation before replies can reach their KrabiClaw inbox. Mapped Airbnb conversations use the connected channel, including when guest contact details are withheld. Check the currentreply_to_guesttool reference and this conversation’s reply controls for supported photo attachments. If the available tool or composer does not support a photo, send it in Airbnb directly. - Table reservations: read reservations, cancel them or propose a change for the guest to accept. Ask the assistant to show the exact request before sending it.
- Product bookings and consultations: find an existing session, create a booking, confirm or decline a pending booking, cancel it or propose a change. Creating a booking requires Owner or Admin access. Assigned members can manage bookings for their work where the tool’s access rules permit it. Review the exact action; status changes and proposals email the guest.
- Native site analytics: inspect traffic, attribution, conversions, and available business outcomes. Native analytics does not require connecting Google Analytics. Ask for the date range, reporting timezone, and data limitations with the answer; a quoted booking value is not a verified payment.
- Social connections and publication results: inspect exact linked accounts, channel availability and publication outcomes.
Drafting a reply in chat does not send it to the customer or publish it as a review response.
Assistants can invite teammates with invite_organization_member, inspect memberships with list_organization_members, and change roles with update_organization_member_role when the signed-in account has the required permission. Invitations remain pending until accepted.
Tasks that need the dashboard or another service
Use KrabiClaw's dashboard to:
- Copy or delete a location
- Search Google Places or import location information
- Set up custom domains and manage billing
- Connect Facebook, Instagram, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Calendar or Airbnb and complete the provider's consent
- Configure your personal notification preferences and verify your phone
Assistants can also prepare website setup through save_website_draft and publish the completed draft with publish_website. Publication makes the site live and notifies KrabiClaw operators. Review the saved setup and any missing fields before requesting publication.
There is no managed-service work-request submission or tracking tool in the current connection. A tool's presence also does not remove any account, plan, or provider requirements.
Make one safe first edit
- Ask the assistant to identify your business and read the page or location you want to edit.
- State the exact change and whether you want a draft in chat or a saved update.
- Review any proposed publication targets or access prompts.
- After saving, open the public page and check the result.
Try: “Read the About page for my business and suggest a shorter introduction. Show me the draft before saving anything.”
