Connect Instagram to KrabiClaw

Connect an Instagram professional account to your business so KrabiClaw can import its posts and publish posts to that account.

• Your business needs the Growth plan.
• Use an Instagram professional account.
• Sign in to KrabiClaw and select the business you want to connect.

1. Open Menu → Integrations → Instagram.
2. Select Connect Instagram. If a linked account is already available, choose it in Instagram account, or select Link another Instagram account.
3. Complete Instagram's authorization flow. Check which account you are authorizing and review the requested permissions.
4. When you return to KrabiClaw, select the correct account in Instagram account.
5. Select Connect this account.
6. Check that the connection shows the correct @username and a connection date.

Authorizing Instagram and selecting it for your business are separate steps. Finish with Connect this account.

KrabiClaw requests access to basic professional-account information, content publishing and insights. It uses Instagram Login directly; connecting Facebook is a separate flow.

Connecting an account does not publish a new post. Choose the Instagram channel when you intentionally publish a post from KrabiClaw.

• To use another account, select Change account, choose or link the account, then select Connect this account.
• Select Keep current to abandon the change.
• To disconnect, open More actions → Disconnect.

Disconnecting removes this business's Instagram connection and stops its sync. Posts already in KrabiClaw remain, and your linked Instagram account remains linked.

If KrabiClaw says Instagram did not finish connecting, start again and complete Instagram's authorization. If the desired username is missing, use Link another Instagram account and check the account you authorize.

If KrabiClaw says Instagram requires Growth, check your business's plan. If the connection shows Last sync failed, keep the displayed error when asking for help rather than assuming the connection succeeded.
